American Deli — Restaurant in Lovejoy

I ordered via DoorDash a 2-Piece Fish & 4-Shrimp with French Fries. I put in the special instructions to provide (buffalo sauce, cocktail sauce). When the delivery guy pulled up I immediately intuitively knew my order was wrong. He handed the bag to me and it was feather weighted down. Common sense kicked in "2-pieces of Fish & 4-Shrimp with French Fries" should be heavier than this. To my dismay I received 1-FISH, 4-BABY SHRIMPS, 3-KETCHUP PACKETS and a PEACH DRINK with (no ice). From here I called American Deli "smdh" and they blamed DOORDASH for the incorrect menu item listed on the app. I responded "isn't the franchise responsible for insuring the menu items accuracy? THE MANAGER/associates never owned up to this mistake! Never stopped blaming DOORDASH.. To add insult to injury the %$#@ meal totaled $16.56 not to mention the ghetto looking delivery driver got a $1 TIP. I could've eaten at Pappadeaux's for this kind of emotional, financial and time setback. I'LL NEVER EAT AT THIS GHETTO FRANCHISE EVER!!!! ...

I stopped by this place last week for the 1st time and got the wet lemon pepper wings and they were amazing (even better than the ones from Champion fish & wings) and while there I saw the philly steak and said I'd try it next time. I read the reviews and everyone gave good reviews on the philly steak so I decided to order it through door dash. Well, that was a mistake. I should've stuck with the wings. There is more bread and barely any meat on it and on top of that, it is dry! Apparently, they are bigger and better when you order in the store so I'll order it again but not...
