We’ve been loyal customers of this restaurant for years because the food is consistently great. However, the quality of their delivery service is completely unacceptable and undermines their reputation.

The delivery drivers have a habit of banging on our door so hard that it startles everyone in the house. This has happened multiple times, and we’ve brought it up with the drivers each time. Unfortunately, during the most recent delivery, instead of acknowledging our concerns, the driver became aggressive, yelling and cursing at us.

While my husband’s tone may have been firm, there is absolutely no excuse for a delivery driver to respond with such unprofessional behavior. It’s not just inappropriate—it’s completely unacceptable. If you work in a customer-facing position, courtesy is non-negotiable. To the restaurant: it’s time to reevaluate who you’re hiring as the face of your business. Its a shame, we have been a loyal customer for years and order a couple times a month at a delivered price of around 85.00 but lately the food has been very inconsistent and for every order I get delivered I always ask for extra ginger sauce. I don't mind your price with delivery, what I do mind is it almost never happens now. We were even charged once or twice but the problem is you send everything but the one thing I asked for!! Our last order I stated 2 extra ginger sauce please no need to send other sauces or cookies, what did we get??? One ginger and 3 duck sauce!! Your food varies in taste from one order to another and can't seem to get orders correct and your delivery price is very expensive and never correct so we are done. Good food, horrible service. The delivery driver (Asian, maybe about 40) called angry, screaming because we didn’t answer the phone when he tried to call “you didn’t pick up the phone!” Then when he got here, he beeped the horn (I don’t know why), he came to our door and we gave him the money which was all $1 bills (tips from work). He took the money, looked at me with an attitude as if to say (are you serious?) shook his head angrily and counted the money. He then threw his hands up in the air and said “thank you” with sarcasm.
