I got to The Store 12 minutes before closing. I needed two things. As I get out of my car and I’m walking into the store, the Mail employee is standing on the inside of their glass doors, stopping his foot, shaking his head and pointing at his wristwatch at me. I enter the store saying I only need two things. To which he replies, “Ugh, OK hurry.” I was in and out in three minutes. And if I did not need what I had to get, I would not have spent any of my money here. And I will not going forward. I only fear of the harassment, the poor mom and son got For going in with eight minutes to close (they were out before close too). Isn't wearing a mask mandated at stores in Michigan? Every time I have been in the Lowell store since the virus concerns started, the older woman with long grey hair has refused to cover her mouth and nose with a mask. The first time I said something, she was talking to another customer dissing me for saying something. Yesterday I asked her to wear.it while she checked.me out and she said.the.plastic in front of her was good enough. To top that off she made a snide remark to another.employee about wearing theirs. Sent my son in with a $20 for graph paper... he came back with $10 and 2 cents no receipt. Sent my son back in and told him to get a recipe for the returned money. He came back with the money but no recipe... At this point nothing felt right... why no receipt? I went back and asked her to scan it again and it rang up $1.85 what happened to the $7 dollars ish? Asked for a manager and lady got angry and tried to tell me she gave my son his money back... I told her it wasn’t getting it back... it was that it went missing to begin with!
