Update: they contacted me the next day & refunded my card. From the sounds of it they are a small business just now expanding doing shipping in the US so I don’t want to hold it against them. There’s learning curves & working out the kinks. Changing from a 1 star to a 3, as they made it right. Overall my experience with them wasn’t 5 star worthy

In July I order 2 fluff daddies. Immediately after placing the order, they called me because they needed to charge me again for shipping on top of the 200 and something dollar shipping fee I had already paid So I ended up paying over the phone for an additional $75 and after never receiving my items, I kept contacting the store and they eventually got a hold of me to let me know that they are not going to be shipping them that I can opt for a different version or a refund. I finally received the refund however I was not refund of the $75 extra shipping fee and multiple emails trying to contact them to get this taken care of as well as commenting on their tik toks only for my comments to get deleted instead of responded to. I like this store. Located in Lowell it's in the historical downtown area and located in an old furniture store. Parking is limited, but they are relocating soon. Not sure of the location they are moving to, but hope it's as cool as this one. It just fits.

They have a nice variety of furniture and accessories...pillows, candles, dishes, pictures, wall shelves and more. I like their variety and style. Some of the prices are a bit high, but so many of the items aren't what you typically find in a furniture store so I feel like they are more of a niche store which warrants the prices.

Right now since they are relocating they have a sale going on so I knew it was the right time to buy a new mattress. Something I've been putting off. I was helped by Jill who was awesome. She went above and beyond in my opinion and had a great sense of humor to top it all off.

Overall this is a nice shop. I'm looking forward to seeing their new location. They also have a sister store on 28th St in Grand Rapids that you can check out. A bit smaller but...

At best, a 3 right now. I purchased a mattress from Michelle, but she’s been incredibly unreliable. I’ve had to call regularly for updates, I’ve made multiple requests for my receipt and updates regarding delivery on my mattress which is now a week and a half late, and I can’t get any reliable information. Once I got a different employee, who told me this was already late and the delivery time was unacceptable, but it’s made no difference. Every time I call, I’m told only a few more days, and it isn’t here. The only times I’ve gotten any information is when I call and ask for it, and even now, I’m getting blown off and not getting any information. Now, when I call, I’m told they’ll look into it and call me back, but I can’t get a return call. Very disappointing and unprofessional, especially after spending several thousand dollars on a purchase. I’m frustrated and disappointed, and can’t recommend this...
