The worst store for minorities to patronize. The manager lies and encourage the associates to as well. I visited the store late Sunday tried on the item and the very next morning they claim it's no longer in the store. My godson visited the store for a present for his mom and he was treated as if he could not afford any of the merchandise. I thought it was me and my husband accompanied me to the store and they acted like I was bothering them. The manager needed to look up my purchase history and scrolled multiple pages then looked up my daughter and only used her phone number but the transaction was under her name. She didn't want to help because as the manager she should have known the multiple ways to access the receipt. They are not interested in supporting our shopping needs and I will continue to shop online or the Lancaster location. Shame we live in times where minorities are still treated this way but we do. Let's be real the quality is only good for a period of time, you can get some long lasting items and some are really poor quality. Never the less they do not help and only want you to contact the customer care. It's like let me put on a fake smile take your money and the rest is up to you. Well in retail at Pandora Capital City find some real genuine people that care and and have integrity. I don't mind if you cannot assist with exchanges but don't lie about it. Read moreTerrible Customer Service: My wife and I bought an overpriced metal and glass bracelet at the Pandora at Capital City Mall for a foreign friend who had a affinity for Pandora products. Unfortunately, when we gave her the bracelet it was a little too large and had the risk of slipping off. We were sure the Pandora at Capital City Mall would have no issue swapping the bracelet with a smaller size only to find out that after driving an hour each way, they would not unless she had a receipt. I spoke to the attendant over the phone and later called back and spoke to the assistant manager, Sofie. I explained our friend would be leaving the country tomorrow and this was her only opportunity to ensure she can enjoy this gift. Sofie wouldn't budge, saying she couldn't violate Pandora policy. This was an easy opportunity to gain a lifelong client, but at those prices and with that poor client care, I will never buy Pandora again.
Follow up: I got in touch with Pandora corporate and they were extremely helpful. They sent an e-mail to our friend with instructions on how she can exchange the bracelet to a smaller size in France.
