I can give them zero star if there is an option. I visited here 15 days ago from today to do my 2 years old daughter's ear piercing. They sold me the insurance saying they will cover anything happens in future. I visited there today because my daughter pull off the earrings on the day 3 of her pierce. Today they charge me extra 45 dollors to pierce one ear, saying the insurance won't cover it. They told me insurance only cover broken rings. I have that enough sense that the metel won't get broke because it is damn metal. They dont give me this explaination before i buy their insurance. This is wrong that you guys are making money with fraud. I said i want to talk to manager, she came to talk to me, her name is preciella, she said this is how they do business. I would never consider this kind of rude manager if i own customer service business. She said, The review doenot make any difference to them.
