This place is horrible the owner tries to fast talk you. The female has a attitude when you ask a few questions. I was in the store while she pulled out price tags to pit on the appliances for a supposedly upcoming sale where the price tags were $200 dollars more than the original price just so they can take $25 dollars off to act like they are doing yoy a favor. They have multiple appliances sitting outside uncovered in all kinds of weather. You might think they just use them for parts but they sell them as well filled with old foul water in them. The washer that I purchased interior parts was filled with mold and debris. They use cleaning supplies so you don't smell it until you get it running. They tell you that you can have them deliver it or you can take it yourself. What they don't tell you until after you leave is that if you get it delivered without paying them to deliver it then they will not honor there only 30 day warranty unless you can bring it back to them to service it and then they try to claim that it could be something that you did during transport even though the problem is internal. I purchased three items and three days later my mom went to the store during the supposed sale and every item was $200 higher during the supposed sale. The items interiors are riddled with mold and the owner tries to convince you that it is normal and this must be your first time owning one of those products. I picked up the stove wrapped in plastic. Carefully brought it into my house fully installed it only to discover the issue in the video. After sharing the video with the Merchant, he claimed that I dropped it and did this damage. I’m not sure how dropping it would only do this damage and no other visible damage anywhere else, but I know that I’m an honest person and did not drop the machine. I was willing to buy something else from him for more money until he made the accusation. The bright side is he did give me a full refund. This aside, he seems to have pretty decent inventory.
