Two different failures here, from our two orders last night: • Food: My daughter was pretty pleased with her food (cheesesteak panini), but I ordered a simple turkey sub with mayo and honey mustard. I recall customizing my order online and removing the check mark for their special “Sub Sauce.” But a) the bread was borderline tough (almost as if it was toasted…but it wasn’t), and b) there was some kind of sauce on it that I did Not request — and I figured it was the Sub Sauce. I barely ate the one half of the sub and threw away the rest of it. Total waste. • Service: If I could have given NEGATIVE stars, I would have. I made the order online and when I pulled into the parking lot, I saw some parking spots that each had a sign for curbside pickup: “Call us to let us know you’re here,” and had a number assigned to each spot. So I called the number, and a black woman answered (confirmed later); I asked about the pickup option: “How does this work? Do come out, or do I have to still come in and grab our food?” She said with an attitude: “I’ll bring it out,” and then abruptly HUNG UP the phone before I could even tell her what space we were in.
When she came out with the food, she didn’t even come out to the space where we were parked — she stood on the sidewalk/curb in front of the restaurant’s door and yelled, “Please back up your car, sir!” I backed up and rolled down the rear passenger side window and said “Put it on the seat, please.” She said (again, with much ‘tude), “We don’t do ‘door to door’ service, sir. And you should have requested that on the website!”, before plopping our stuff on the seat. I was apologizing to her when I saw she had already turned around to go back into the restaurant. EXTREMELY rude.
To Seasons Pizza ownership/management: DO BETTER. It was bad enough that the sandwich was terrible, but this kind of treatment of your paying customers by an unprofessional employee is unacceptable and neither I nor my family will be back to your...
Read moreThis Seasons Pizza location is slipping. They messed up my order of seaso-bites on two separate occasions. The second occassion could really be split and made into a third occassion. What is the point of having a selection of flavors when you wind up with the one you did not select. In my case, instead of Hot Honey, I received Hot. Those are two different flavors. There appears to be no guarantee you will receive the credit promised to you, if you elect that option. I can only imagine how others must feel when they place their order only to be disappointed, especially when you are disappointed in various ways time and time again. Orders have be slightly messed up front time-to-time, but not to an extreme extent. To top that off, while politely calling the store, made to feel as though you messed up and are inconveniencing them (even if slightly). (In both instances.) Some of the food items I have had, have been pretty good. Most of the delivery drivers seem nice, and some are more personable than others. The delivery drivers are also rather prompt even during busy times. I will probably be taking an extended break from this location. You cannot expect a different result if you continuously receive the...
Read moreDo not eat here! Orders are always incorrect and if you tell them they flip it around and blame you! I never seen a restaurant act in this manner! The old owners were so much better and the food was so much better! Don’t eat here if you want the food you ordered bc 9/10 times it’s wrong! I see that their other reviews are all the same as well, that orders are always wrong or food is not what it was before! Courtney is by far the worst manager I ever seen! She flips around ur words and lies about what she told you and I see now that I’m not the only one that has dealt with her where she has lied and blamed the customer or just pretends she doesn’t know what ur talking about! Go...
