BUYER BEWARE. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. Buy at Nordstrom or whoever else sells them, but do not purchase from the stand alone store....I like the jewelry. I was purchasing for multiple family members on the Wednesday before Xmas. My sales associate was very nice, helpful and had lots of patience with me. I purchased 3 necklaces: 1 self made my daughter, 1 Elisa for a niece ,and I was not sure about the 3rd, but I thought I could find someone to gift it to. I did mention return my plan and possibly returning. And even commented about my assumptions that the one was self made could not be returned because I was wondering how they removed the stone. Anyway, I received my gift receipts but not my regular receipt, but had not realized this until the next day or so. I am usually great at that..but I must have forgotten. Anyway, I was in the area a 3 days later and stopped to pick up my receipt. I also planned to return 1 of the necklaces (the older Elisa one) as my niece's mother bought her something similar. I am assume I was now dealing with the manager..who at that point (the 1st time ever hearing this despite me asking..I would have originally purchased 2 and not 3), that "Store policy is no refunds, only store credit. " She said it a few times and repeated the policy word. Well, I had spoken about having to possibly return BEFORE I PURCHASED to the associate and this was NEVER told or even inferred. There were also no signs that I had noticed. I was told that she will make the exception this one time, but she was clearly annoyed and snooty about it. She just kept saying it 'our policy'. I am so disgusted by it as much as I love my other 2 necklaces, I am only giving the one--the one that I made. I would return both of them at this point. I have my own business and there are always exceptions...it is not a new concept. The new associate was working on the Saturday, and I asked the manager if we can speak to her and she told me she will deal with it when I leave. I am assuming other the rep will get in trouble or it will turned around. Really? Why? Anyone can make a mistake. It does not reflect on her, it reflects on the store and management that she wasn't fully trained or needs some guidance. Better yet a LARGE SIGN that states the policy needs to be places as well as be told as you are paying. How can one be able to return your product to a store like Nordstrom? It is not like you are an exclusive boutique. There are many locations. All the sales girls were pleasant otherwise, except for Elizabeth the 'manager'. I will be forwarding this...

I was not familiar with the brand and walked by the store in Surburban Square when I saw a sign advertising 50% off an item in a customer's birthday month. I was first impressed by their commitment to give back to the local community and second, I was impressed by their selection, divided into fine and costume jewelry. It is difficult to find fine jewelry in a retail location at a reasonable price, and they had an impressive selection. The icing on the cake was when I learned that they extend their discount program to healthcare worker AND veterans, whereas many companies only offer discounts to active duty military and first responders. Read moreI wanted to share my experience with two of your sales associates today. I called ahead to see if the store had 3 diamond heart necklaces, as I was gifting them to my family. I shared with the sales associates Emily and Lindsey that my father passed away last week, and that I was gifting these necklaces to my mother, sister and myself the day of my father’s funeral.
When I arrived, Emily and Lindsey had the items wrapped and offered me a discount. They also handed me a hand written card and 3 tumblers. It was so incredibly kind, thoughtful and unexpected. I shared with Emily and Lindsey that I felt like I was shopping in a local family-owned boutique by how kind and compassionate they were.
