I have mixed feelings about my recent experience w/iGeeks... They did a good job on fixing my cracked screen, screen on my ipad looks new. However, my finger id no longer works & even w/the crack screen that was still working before I droped it off. Had an issue w/the iPad charging when I got it back took it back to iGeeks not sure what they did but it's charging again. He couldn't explain why my touch id won't work anymore and did nothing to repair that issue even though again that wasn't a issue prior to dropping it off. This is a 6th generation iPad that I've had for some time now but also never had any issues with my tablet prior to dropping it and cracking the screen.
Overall gentleman was nice, store is well kept they have good hours and provide pretty quick service, they did have to keep my iPad for a few days just because he had to order new screen, and it took a few days to come in the mail. Repair price wasn't bad but he did tell me $100 over the phone but it was a bit more than that when I got there no explanation of change in price other than the need to order screen. I can understand that - it doesn't require nearly as much skill, and providing the replacement board is available and on-hand, it's faster than performing component repairs. Everywhere I called, the answer was the same, "We don't solder"

I came and I saw the iPad were just being charged. 1 of the iPad finally on and the other one, when I ask HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED 🙄. He tried to turn it on and unfortunately, I forgot the apple ID password. I spent less than 2 minutes to reset and finally on.
