Lulus — Local services in Lower Nazareth Township

Bought an item that was made wrong. The size that I purchased doesn't even match with the description or measurements that are available on the website. The dress was so small from the waist down, you would think it should have been the top and not the bottom. I contacted customer service and I was told to return the item and I would receive a FULL REFUND. I returned the item with the tags still attached the same day and received LESS than a FULL REFUND for defective merchandise. I just received my credit card statement and I was charged the $2.13 restocking fee on the defective merchandise. I of course contacted my credit card company and disputed the entire purchase. Be aware when buying from LULUS, as they are not a worthy company to do business with. The merchandises quality is very poor and not at all worth the money that they are asking for the items. I doubt that the merchandise would even hold up and the sizes, well the sizes are not even close to be accurate. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from this company. My daughter has shared this experience with everyone she goes to college with and dorms with, the girls are boycotting this...
