I pass by the WAWA 8046 store in Nazareth every day on my way to work and sometimes on my days off. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing, especially during the afternoons on weekends.
The most glaring issue is the constant shortage of products, particularly snacks, muffins, and coffee. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve walked in, hoping to grab a quick bite or drink, only to find empty shelves and no coffee available. This isn’t a one-time occurrence but a persistent problem that seems to happen every weekend afternoon. It’s frustrating to walk into a convenience store and not find the very items that are supposed to be "convenient."
On top of the lack of stock, the area where customers prepare their drinks is often in a filthy state. The counter is frequently cluttered with used coffee stirrers, sugar packets, and spills that are never cleaned up in a timely manner. It’s not just unpleasant; it’s unhygienic and off-putting. If you’re going to offer coffee and other drinks, the least you can do is maintain a clean and inviting space for customers to prepare them. Sadly, the state of this store suggests that cleanliness isn’t a priority for the management.
I've given this store multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but it seems like these issues are not being addressed. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a well-stocked store and a clean area to prepare a drink, especially when it’s a daily stop for many of us who are just looking for a quick and reliable experience on the way to work or on a day off.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving both the availability of products and the cleanliness of the store. Until then, I will be taking my...
Read moreBefore I began my review, may I establish that I am on-going customer at Wawa. During my lunch hours, I leave work to grab a bite at Wawa, specifically at this location. But this very morning leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Sunday Morning, January 14th, a friend and I was just done pumping gas at the station and she also decided to make a purchase. When she gets in her own vehicle, me and her were JUST chatting. As we were talking, a police men approached us. As soon as i saw him pull up at the pump in his SUV, I specifically said to her "let's go, it's obvious he wants to be nosy". As soon as I've made that statement, he stated "he wanted to see if everything was all right." I made a suggestion by body movement that we should move our vehicle from the pump station and park someone else. We then parked on the side of wawa, not even parked facing the store so we don't want to be the way. All of sudden, slowly put surely three cop cars are parking right next to us. At this point, I am aggregated and feeling harassed. It's ashame that I can't sit in the parking lot with my friend holding a conversation and not bothering society. I am sorry to say that moment has made me feel uncomfortable and traumatized that I will no longer attend Wawa at...
Read moreDisappointed at the staff today. I frequent this Wawa and am often pleased with the service of the staff. Today however, was very different. The drink I ordered was made quick enough, however the girl that made it overfilled the drink so it spilled all over me and the ground when I picked it up. I looked for napkins and the dispenser closest was completely empty. As I am scrambling to stop the coffee from completely staining my whole outfit, not one employee offered to help. As if this was not bad enough, I ordered food as well, which took - a little over 20 minutes to make. I am thankful that I was not in a rush to get somewhere because I would have never been able to wait such an absurd amount of time. All in all, I can say this Wawa trip was beyond...
