Shop Somewhere Else. Stopped in to get a new battery after a friend bought one here. Asked to see the same exact rig, and was told it didnt change voltage...which it does. I was then upsold a more expensive battery, and because the employee sounded nice and knowledgeable of the product- I bought it. Like an Idiot. Ive never had this problem, so I didnt ask for a receipt and I paid cash. Thats on me 100%. The Problem Ive never had? New Battery Won't Close with a standard 1g cartridge. No matter the angle the top is screwed in at, No Closure. Called the shop to find out if I could exchange, and instead was met with a back-and-forth about "if the battery works". Listen to reviews when they say dont buy from here. There are two other vape shops in town that i have never had bad experiences with. My fiance bought a vape here that ended up being faulty and he couldn't use it. We went back to buy a new one and the girl at the front acted like it was inconvenient to even do her job. There are way too many friends of the workers hanging out inside. My view of this place might change once they start hiring people that dont act 15.
