Bella Napoli Trattoria — Restaurant in Lower Nazareth Township

We've always been satisfied, but after today we will never order from or recommend this place again. We ordered two plain pizzas to be delivered. When they arrived, we received two cold, pizzas with cheese that had completely slid off the pizza and onto the boxes. They agreed to re-deliver two pizzas and they did arrive an hour later. However, within the hour it took our kids needed to eat so we gave them four slices total from the two destroyed pizzas. The delivery guy, who we found out was the manger, told us we had to pay for that pizza. Even though we explained the situation, he wouldn't bend or be flexible with us and took the new pizzas back. He also lied and told us he would talk to the manager, but we found out he was actually the manager and was blowing us off. After he left, I called the pizzeria and spoke to the owner (his father). He was much nicer and sounded disappointed, but never apologized or worked to rectify the situation. We were left with two destroyed pizzas and a load of frustration. This was a Father's Day...

We go every year as part of a family Christmas celebrations. The service is fantastic. The owner helps my grandmother set up and get ready for everyone's arrival. He remains jolly and welcoming the entire time even when there's over 20 people looking for something. Has bags ready to go for clean up and keeps up with the demands.

The atmosphere is cozy and average. It's welcoming, but nothing to make it stand out above the rest.

The food. We've had hits, we've had misses the last couple of years but overall the food is good. Pizza is pretty typical, not over the top amazing but a consistent, good. The chicken fingers get eaten completely every year. Chicken franciase was fantastic and the tray almost completely devoured this past visit. The fried dough was a hit last year, but this year was not great.

We had food delivered a few weeks ago. This was our first time eating here. We ordered a pretty big variety of food. I was hesitant, but couldn't be happier with the experience! Everything was amazing!! I've never heard of sheppard salad before, but haven't stopped thinking about it since we had it from Bella Napoli!! The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected! The hot food was hot & not soggy & the salads were cold! The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the $5 delivery charge. I'm hoping that entire fee goes directly to the driver & not the restaurant as the drivers drive their own vehicles. A $5 delivery fee to drive 4 minutes is pretty outrageous. We did not add a tip to our total. Other than that, I would 100% reccomend...
