DG Market — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

I made a purchase in March that was overcharged, but the store closed as I got to my car and checked the receipt so I came back another day, but no manager so noone could refund the difference. Came back 3 more times, never a manager or staff to make the correction. I don't live near and went out of my way, something Dollar General doesn't want or expect you to do...How they make high profits, from all the over charges/ prices that aren't corrected at the register. Now, mid July, I'm told to wait 30 minutes for an assistant manager to get here to adjust. Well now it's pouring rain, I've spent hours going out of my way to correct their "mistakes" and I'm stuck waiting/wasting yet more of my time for the way Dollar General does business. People check your receipts and make sure they correct their over charges immediately as this needs to stop. This is theft! A nickel, dime or dollar at a time, it's blatant theft! Corporate greed is even more greedy than you realize! Always check your receipt! Always make them correct their mistakes. Hold them accountable! My daughter had to have surgery and is in a cast on a knee scooter she unintentionally tried to turn to sharp and ended up falling over twice. And yes this was her fault but not a single employee came over to ask if she was OK (three workers) one on the other side of the isle looked at her and ju d t went back to stocking the shelfs. Then two other employees which I'm almost certain was a manager looked directly at my daughter crying on the floor from the second fall and just diverted to another aisle to go around her. It's just sad that not one single one of them had the decency or minute to ask if she was OK. This was the worst experience I've ever had at and...

This is a go to store for anyone living in the area. The customer service has always been stellar, especially from Janice and Dana. Give these ladies a raise!!! I've been a regular here for many many years and these ladies work like someone is standing behind them with a whip. It was small cramped and cluttered then they moved to a huge wonderful new location which was formerly a grocery outlet and right in the same strip mall! Well stocked, immaculate and well organized the ladies run a tight ship. No other similar retail store provides the same personal customer oriented touch. They will never ever lose my loyalty, and one day I'm going to find...
