So I called before going to this subway to see if the honored the coupons mailed out for Harrisburg area. They said they did. I went to this subway and got a different answer when I tried to use the coupon on a roast beef sub. “We don’t honor the coupons on premium subs.” I reviewed my coupons and when I asked where the sign was outlining this subway’s policy on coupons I got: “There is no sign. It’s up to the owner. I just do what she tells me to...” seems like a poop show way to run things. This is the second subway that doesn’t want to honor the coupons sent out in the mail, but wants the business they generate. At least have the decency to be transparent. Put a sign up and don’t tell people one thing on the phone and another in person.

Worst atmosphere ever. Guy was serving his two sisters as shown in the photo. They were laughing and having fun while I waited in line being the only customer behind them for more than 20 minutes. The girls were keep cursing inside the subway. He was treating this subway like it’s his own personal restaurant and only open for his family and sisters. I walked in at 2:23 and walked out at 2:59. Pathetic and ridiculous. I’d give them 0 if I could and this would be my last visit up here and I’ll make sure to make as many people aware of this place as possible . The dude that works here His pants were half way down showing his butt and no professionalism at all. Worst subway experience ever man.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. They were busy and only 1 person was working. Their menu is different from the last time I was here but still offers the original favorites. I had a foot long sub, multi grain with tuna with provolone and green peppers and spinach. My partner had the Chicken Bacon Ranch with lots of toppings. Subs were good and fresh. Tables were clean. Danny, who was the only one there was efficient and pleasant and treated every customer as if they were the only one! No rushing..and everyone seemed ok to wait their turn to order. What a nice change. Keep up the good work, Danny, and keep your pleasant attitude. We need this today!

I ised to work up the street and come here a lot and the guy who used to work here was so nice not sure what happened. I’m honestly done coming out there to waste my time for them to have nothing ready or prepared or out. I just left it is 8:03 pm on a Tuesday night. Every-time I come after 7:00pm the oven/toaster just so happens to be down. When I walked in I was the one who had to greet the two young ladies there. I said “hi how are you guys doing tonight?” And they said “good and you” no what can I get for you how can I help you. Then I told them I want something that’s on the menu and they asked ME what cheese goes in there… I obviously had to look at the menu to see, the same way she could have. And just to add the cherry on top they didn’t have any cookies ready so my boyfriend said dang I wish they had cookies. The girl waited til we finished paying and we were grabbing our drinks and she went to the back and came out with a tray of cookies. If she knew she had them back there and she heard that why wouldn’t she offer? I’m not sure.

That was just an unpleasant experience I get it’s not fine dining but come on now. Those girls need training on how to be...

I have been in this location a few times and each time I have been disappointed in some way. This time however, was the last straw that broke the camels back. I walked in an hour and a half before closing and they had already taken away most of the topping options. I could have lived with that but the counter was disgusting, there was an open cup on the counter, and the gentleman who made the sandwich had been cleaning before he came to over to make the subs then put gloves on without even sanitizing his hands. The subs were then constructed very poorly and the lack of toppings made it very hard to live up to the subway standards of being able to make it the way you wanted. I even asked if they could put jalapeños on the sub and the gentleman working ignored my question. It is safe to say I will never be returning to this...
