Normally, I give Ollies a five star. I love the store. I always shop there and even Take my daughter in law. The customer service was horrible. The line was very long but it was going down slowly. Well, by the time we got to the cashier, he got an attitude. He was ringing the items up but refusing to bag as he went along. I said hi. He did not speak. I asked him was he okay and he said no because of the line and it was too busy in the store. I told him it will be alright just hang in there. He just shrugged his shoulders. My daughter in law went to ask him a question about the coupon and he snapped at her. I looked at him. So when he finished ringing us up. I told him he is very bless to have this job and that Ollie's need you because there are people who are unemployed and lost their place to live. I told him to get on his knees and thank GOD. I told him to have a bless week and be safe and be healthy. Later in the car my daughter and I discuss because she is in the Army, works full-time and runs a small business. Read moreI like that it wasn't as crowded (the aisles ) and it was more organized than the Pottstown store. I didn't like that the cashier was loudly announcing that she only had a hour and a half til she was done. (As soon as I walked through the doors) The temperature of the store was set to about 65 degrees. My daughter who is rarely cold wanted to leave within 3 minutes of being in there. So I quickly went up one main aisle and back down the other. I did pick up wrapping paper and a few bags of Halloween chocolate candy. Stood in a line for about 5 minutes, then a man opened up a registrar and stood there for 5 minutes. He seemed annoyed and it came off rude. I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Read moreI had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at this Ollie’s. The cashier’s behavior was purely racist and completely unprovoked and unprofessional. When I politely asked if something was wrong, she dismissed me with sarcasm, saying “many things are wrong” and acting like I was the problem. When I pointed out that she was giving me attitude for no reason, she brushed it off by saying it was just my opinion and that she basically didn’t care.
