Customer service is so important to customer retention. First let me start off by saying that I worked in retail for 7 years in management. And I cringe when I walk in to a store and nobody greets me or asks if I need help.
I have NEVER gone into the buckle and not received a warm welcome. In fact, when I go into the mall the only place I will be buying clothes from now on is from here.
The first time going in, I was helped by a girl named Caliegh. I had my kids with me who are a struggle when trying to shop and she was so helpful with them while also still helping me! Sheās so good!
The second time I went in, she was there and she remembered my name and my kids names. I was blown away. She helped me shop again and with my boys (again) like.. total God send. As a mom sometimes itās impossible to shop- Finding a place where I can go and actually be helped, welcomed, and treated so kindly even with an energetic 6 year old and a wild 2 yo... you just donāt find that anywhere. The kind of business I want to support and buy from is somewhere like this and there arenāt many like it.
I absolutely adore Caliegh and while all of the other employees have been sooooo amazing as well- Caliegh is probably the main reason why I will continue to shop from here. She really connects well with her customers and honestly Sheās the kind of employee that I would be recruiting if I still had a store! (Donāt worry- I can tell she loves her job and I donāt have a store anymore š) I cant wait to come back and shop some more next pay...

I will call ahead and speak with STEPHANIE, just to make sure she is there. She is excellent at listening to her customers, knowing exactly what to grab, and suggesting the right thing to make a complete great and affordable outfit. She is almost a mind reader. Never huffs or puffs when asked to grab many items or sizes. She recently asked me to try some sorts that I would never by just to try and said I didnt even have to step out of the dressing room, ...IM SO GLAD I DID.. I LOVED THEM. I hope for customers sake that she never leaves and she is in charge of training... and I hope for her sake that she one day train all stores and moves up on that BUCKLE LADDER!! STEPHANIE THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING KIND, AND HELPFUL you make every shopping experience a good one. Ppl reading this: if you are reading this as a customer...ask for STEPHANIE you wont be...

The guy who always waits on me calls me by name and has laid out the newest styles of the brand I like, in my size and says, "I know you like the Havoc style and wear a 28x30 slim. They've updated the black, but I know you already have a couple of pair. These styles are also new and while I don't have them in the store I can order them for you. Just let me know if you decide on any of these or if you find something else that catches your eye."
