Earthbound — Local services in Lubbock

This is my favorite store in the whole world the only complaint I have is probably the main manager. Trust me if you go in you'll know exactly who I'm talking about and she is a female. She's extremely rude and makes you feel very uncomfortable when you're in the store. She follows you as if you are about to steal something and makes it very hard for you to enjoy all the great things they have to look at. But other than that it is my place to go and find my Zen. There is a young man whose name has escaped me that also works there who makes up for the rudeness of their main manager. You need any help I believe he wears glasses & he has a personality that just shines up that place and makes you feel welcome. He remembers my face every time I go in and always welcomes me back with open arms! EarthBound always has sales and even if you just want to relax it's definitely your place to shop! I would give it five stars but unfortunately due to the person who is supposed to set the highest example of their company I sadly have to go from five stars to 3 customer service is everything!!! I really hope EarthBound replaces the manager with light faded pink hair who they feel should be in charge because unfortunately she's not the person...

a few months ago around august i came in to buy incense. i paid for 100 of them so i got 10 more for free. the lady working there (she was a heavy set white woman) asked me if i paid for them since she had just saw me getting them. i held up my receipt and explained but she said “are you sure you paid for those because you came right from there” mind you I’m mexican american. i was holding my receipt and she was right around me while i was picking out the other ten. she was right by the person who cashed me put so it almost felt like she was looking for a reason to be rude about it. and as soon as they said i paid she shut me down?? maybe ask nicely to see my receipt i had in my hand in plain sight before accusing someone of theft and as soon as they try to explain you shut them down. it just seemed racist and overall rude to me as i was with my boyfriend whos also hispanic and a black friend. i felt targeted and i now dislike going into the store alone because i dont want...
