Small, ppl park wherever, not even trying to get between the lines, or they park over the line right next to your car. Folks either stand talking in the road, or walk right down the middle of the road, regardless of cars coming. I guess expecting you in the car to wait until they are done. Yet another shopping center with all separate entrances, and a parking lot, where the businesses share nothing in common but the parking lot, and roof. You can eat food, work out, and buy a suit all without needing to move your car, although you will probably need to go back to your car after every store to drop off your stuff. Seems like Central Plaza is dieing out a bit. It still has a few shops that attract a crowd: Old Navy, osh kosh, a shoe place, and they just opened a new work out gym (Crunch, I believe). I believe the men's wearhouse is also at the Plaza. A few restaurants draw a bit of attention as well. A fish place, a steak house. There is plenty of parking.
