With businesses struggling because of Covid, they need to be more aware of their employee service. Just went into Cardinal's (July 29- 4:30p) looking for a certain tennis shoe. The two girls working shoes literally stood there talking. My daughter and I waited, thinking they would ask to help us.....uh, no. I finally turned around and they both were literally staring at us with attitude that said, "ugh." I stared at them a few seconds and finally said, "Do y'all work here??" They responded with a bleh, "Yes." STILL would not ask us if they could help us with something. I finally asked if they had a certain shoe in a certain size. One went to check and was back out, lickety split with a "No, we're out of that size " Now, at this point with their eh attitude, the first thought to hit me was, "I don't know if they have the shoe or not, she could have promptly told me no because she did not want to wait on us."
Word to the wise, If this business continues to give this kind of service and attitude (same kind of service pre-covid) the majority of people can much more easily order things promptly online with better service. If this store is interested in weathering the storm that is not going anywhere anytime soon, I suggest you start hiring college students that want to work instead of attitude and "bleh" attitude at that. Kind of hard to feel sorry for businesses that lose money/go out of business, when they won't hire friendly employees instead of clicky employees.
Side note - the door girl greeter was polite and friendly as could be. Put her in the shoe dept. and put the hateful blonde girl & brown head girl at the door. Those two don't need to be "serving" anyone.

It took them 4 days to realize that the picture didn’t arrive and then proceeded to call the wrong number to try and inform us. They realized it was the wrong number 2 days later and then lead us on to believe that it would still be done that Monday. When we arrived to see if our hats were done they proceeded to inform us that they would finish on Friday, TWO WEEKS AFTER WE ORDERED. This place has the worst communication I have ever seen and is incredibly over priced. DO NOT SHOP HERE...

Girlfriend picked out some shoes and the girl wasome I will just run these up to the register will be ready when you are. O big deal except when we get there a guy at customer service call d over to us that he could check us out. Let he fiasco begin. Had to get a manager or someone to pick the shoes up and take them to the other register because of we had been allowed to walk that 29 feet we might have stolen them? I don't know it seemed like a lot of fuss...
