So my mom went to this store before Christmas and bought me a pair of boots as a gift, she wanted a pair herself but they didn’t have an 8.5 so they told her they would order them for her. She paid for them in advance and they gave her a receipt and told her to come back in a week to pick them up. Given it was the holidays I didn’t get around to picking them up for her until today. When I went and gave the girl the receipt she found similar boots for me and after explaining they were different she said they no longer have those in stock and all she could give me was store credit. I ended up keeping the similar boots but I was just frustrated that my mom spent $50 on something they didn’t even specifically order and hold for her. Never shopping...

Walked in excited to shop! They had such cute merch! I was NEVER SPOKEN TOO! Not a hello or anything! Another woman walks in and she was immediately talked to and helped. Not sure why I was ignored. I left without buying anything. Went to another boutique store and bought 3 sweaters, a pair of boots and a couple of tshirts. Could have been a good sale and a new loyal customer but the lack of customer care and service...

VERY average boutique. The clothes and accessories were extremely outdated and expensive for the poor quality. The kids/baby clothes were kinda cute but dated as well. I really only found one plaid jacket that I thought was cute. There are many other boutiques in Lubbock with way better stuff. I would probably just shop here as a...
