I was having the worst time jumping from store to store trying to find the best Christmas gift for my mom. I'm not really into Jewelry myself and I tend to overthink things when I'm buying gifts for others, lol. Most places tend to ignore me, or don't seem to care since I'm a man :(. However! Chloe took the initiative the moment I entered the store! She made me feel comfortable with a more laid-back professional attitude, like she was there for me and not just my money. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for by asking what my mom's favorite color was, what her birth stone is, and recommending a metal color that best fit her complexion, etc. In the end I was able to secure a Christmas gift well before the holiday putting my mind at ease.

Read moreI personally did not have a good experience at this store specifically, the lady that was supposed to help me pick out rings was of no help at all she was just watching me like a hawk and when I would ask questions about the price she never knew and seemed super annoyed by my questions. When I went to go check out she told me that one of the rings was 55 instead of 45 which was super confusing because on the display it clearly said the price was not 55$, and their excuse for that was that the store was not updated or something dumb. I don’t know..the whole thing was so unprofessional. I would add more detail but bottom line is if you’re gonna work at a place where you constantly have to talk to customers..try to be more friendly! Talk and KNOW about what you’re selling. Read moreThe workers have no idea what they’re talking about. I spent a whole week trying to get a tennis bracelet and a free bracelet from the promotion they are doing. I waited four days to receive a 10% discount because the girl told me I can use that discount as well as the promotion. I got the discount only to find out that the website deleted my free bracelet because I cannot combine promotions. I cannot cancel my order. I was going to return it in store and order it again without the discount so I could get the free bracelet, but now they’re out of stock of my size of the free bracelet. They didn’t have my size in store either which is why I had to do this online. When I called customer service they did nothing about the miscommunication. You would think that after so much trouble a company this big could’ve at least offered to give me the free bracelet with the 10% discount. I will NEVER buy from this...
