I placed an order on April 16 and the money was promptly charged to my card, but I still have not received my item. I have sent emails, messages on Instagram, text messages, and tried to call multiple times (the mailbox was full). I received no response at all. I am now resorting to leaving a review (which I never do) and contacting my bank to get a refund. I have seen other reviews similar to this and I am puzzled by how this boutique can maintain their online business when they treat customers this way. It appears that many customers who visit the boutique in person have had good experiences. But please be wary of ordering from this boutique online ~ it appears that often the order is never delivered after you pay for it and it is then impossible to contact the boutique. So...
