We rented from Slopeside for years and always enjoyed it. Unfortunately they are now Vacasa and we just had the worst experience ever. Showed up to a filthy condo after a six hour drive. Food in the sink, nothing cleaned and no clean towels or linens or cleaning supplies in the middle of a pandemic. After hours spent trying to contact someone, we were told we could clean it or leave but they had no one to help. On a very hot summer day they only had 1 fan in the house. We had to go buy 4-5 fans from the supermarket because it wasn't liveable.
