They can’t seem to find a solution to getting people their bills or they aren’t even trying. I haven’t received my bills for 4 months and now the “late notices” aren’t showing up either. You all know this is an ongoing problem and have made zero effort to fix it. That’s poor customer service. Everyone who works city hall should be replaced to those who actually care to serve the city of Lula.
Solution 1 make an online portal where we can actually see our bills!
Solution 2 send auto calls out with balances so people can make their payments!
