Hunter Knight, Colton, Jeff, and Matthew did a great job. I wasn't familiar with any of the problems I was dealing with and my house turned out to be one of the rare cases of an older home with a hidden septic tank with no white outlet cap to be found above ground... Even RotoRooter threw the towel in on my house. The S&S went to work finding the septic tank manually after the county informed them they have no records to assist them with locating my septic tank. God bless this wholesome, honest, and hardworking family based operation. I was in panic mode and didn't present my most controlled self at first, they handled it in the most professional way and reassured me that I would be happy with them at the end of their services. I've never had a company tell me so directly in in such a concise and secure way that they had it under control. They solved additional problems and taught me a few things about my system too. The icing on this delicious southern pig pickin' cake was how affordable they were and how thoroughly they communicated what was to be expected, what the options were and all expenses and costs before performing any labor or repair. My parents and I will always refer S&S to those we care to see receive an amazing septic service! I can’t express enough how great these guys are. Within the first week of buying our house we got a surprise plumbing emergency and these guys were the only ones to pick up the phone after five o’clock on Veterans Day Friday. Initially they said they could come next day but 10 minutes later they called and said they could come that night. Two guys showed up and searched for hours and refused to give up to find the septic tank. (Our house is 133 years old no documentation and seller was less than helpful with info about the house.). They even helped me locate a few more things on my property. They weren’t able to find the tank but their boss Craig came out the next day to help find it but alas we couldn’t find it again. Craig never gave up and came back the same day again after 5 o’clock just an hour before the bulldogs game and he immediately found the tank. After that he gave us some very helpful information dealing with some negligence from the seller and house inspector. He pumped our tank gave us a very good price especially having the make 3 trips. Everyone I interacted with were super friendly and professional. Since I work for a utility department I deal with a lot of plumbers and septic guys and these guys blow them all out of the water I hopefully won’t have to use them again for some time but I will for sure only use these guys for as long as they...

I found these guys while asking for recommendations on a local Facebook page. Gus contacted me immediately and said he could have someone out that same day. I wanted to do my due diligence though, and call around for quotes. After speaking with Gus on the phone, I agreed to a maintenance pump for a few days out. He called me a few hours later and said he could have a man out there that same afternoon and I agreed. Hunter called and showed up almost a half hour early than scheduled, which was great because I was home all day and had plans for that evening anyway. Hunter was knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite for such a young man. After I showed him where I thought the tank was located, he spent the next half hour or so digging down by hand until he found the top of the tank. After inspection, he determined that the tank had no issues and actually didn't need to be pumped, so he didn't charge me for that service, but I did pay him for his time and labor. I was played by another company about 3 years ago and learned my lesson. I was happy that even though he COULD have taken my money at full price with an unnecessary pump, he was honest and up front, let me see what he saw and allowed me to make that decision without any pushy salesman tactics or arguments.
