Neighborhood Kitchen — Restaurant in Lula

I didn't know what to expect. But I got a funny, very friendly Indian fella (who calls himself Jack!) who has flavorful food, good prices and accepts input from his customers. All of that is a win in my book. I ate all the food from tonight. Hamburger steak, green beans and mash potatoes. I usually take my hamburger steak simple, like salt and pepper only. He had a great blend of spices that opened my mind up to a different taste of hamburger steak. I'm pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. Went once when satritas opened and didn’t go back. First time today after reopen. Fries are really great. Wish the order was right. Picture of what I ordered and what I got. No jalapeños, no ranch no Swiss cheese.. maybe auto pilot in the kitchen?. lady at front desk was very nice. She opened it and said extra seasoning just like you asked on the fries smells good. So I didn’t bother to look for myself to make sure the burger was right.  the term juicy burger does not apply. Bun was buttery and well toasted. Everything you want from a hometown, ‘across the street from the house’ kitchen. Breakfast is the best around in a 15 mile radius… Try the sirloin steak, first. It will remind you of something you loved 33 years ago.
