Rumor Has It — Local services in Luzerne

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience today. I have shopped with Rumor Has It multiple times, and although they are a little overpriced & the place is cramped, I usually had an okay experience & the cashier is always very nice! But today I went in from 4-5pm & two older ladies who seemed to be the owners were there, having a very loud conversation saying some very nasty things about another woman’s body. It was disturbing to say the least. Comments were made about her weight, and I was not comfortable with hearing this considering they sell to a customer base made up of women of all sizes. As far as items go, they have some cute stuff! But after what I overheard today, I will not be shopping here again. Proceed...

Must comment on previous review I just read. The reviewer said this place smelled bad and items were too crammed to look through. What I think she meant was that this consignment shops smells like SAVINGS which to me is the best smell in the world. Their prices on new or name brand items are AMAZING and you will not leave empty handed. As far as items being too crammed to go through I disagree 1,000%. LET ME TELL YOU ... Britt Allen is an absolute SAVIOR. I had a date night emergency at closing time and I called the store in a panic needing boots and my girl delivered!!! She picked out the cutest pair - IN MY SIZE - stayed open a little longer for my husband to go swoop them up and it made my night and outfit perfect!!! I've consigned here for years now and I will 100% say I will never take my items or find my little gem closet pieces anywhere else.
