I recently bought a custom Wii/Gamecube portable console online, but I accidentally ripped some wires off a PCB when trying to swap out the buttons. Unfortunately, I do not know how to solder. I was looking online for local electronics repair shops, and I came across Main St Electronics.

This was my first time at this shop, and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They were able to solder the wires for me, and were kind enough to do the repair free of charge. They had the job finished within 5 minutes. Now my handheld console is working perfectly! I highly recommend this shop! If I ever need assistance with electronics in the future, this will be my go-to repair shop....

This place really helped me out. I had a previous repair done somewhere else and something was working incorrectly. The other shop would look at it but didn't happen to be open when I could go. After the loathsome Repair Store of Wilkes-Barre practically destroyed my Xbox 360 instead of repairing it (they literally broke off nearly all the tabs securing the unit to the case, lost most of the screws and messed up the laser and disk drive), this excellent shop diagnosed, repaired and properly reassembled the unit.
