Oh I love this place! This Diner has done it sting for several years now. This location has housed many diners and restaurants previously and obviously they haven't lasted. So it's clear that the location isn't a problem, it was just overall everything about the other restaurants that were subpar. The Grille has a diverse menu which anybody could find something that they would like. They have all sorts of choices for all sorts of people. They have a wonderful breakfast menu and every time I've eaten there, the food has came out perfectly. There's not a single thing I don't enjoy about this place. The servers are always well trained and very courteous and helpful. It is not too small and cramped, so there's plenty of Elbow Room to Move about. I highly recommend The Grille for any meal. Anybody will find themselves going in hungry and leaving happy, that I can guarantee... Check Please...!

The Grille is a privately owned restaurant with a neighborhood feel and friendly service. The server already had drinks prepared before our party settled into our seats, such is the familiarity she had with our members. "The Grille Omelette" consisted of ham, bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage, and cheese. The omelette was stuffed, and one would get a sample of every meat with every bite. The Grille also had a variety of omelettes (my partner had a mushroom and cheese), egg dishes, pancakes, French toast, and oatmeal. The Grille also serves lunch and dinner throughout the day. Highly recommended.

We are regulars and really enjoy having breakfast at The Grill. We are always greeted promptly and seated usually immediately but if there is a wait it isn't long before we are seated. The food is delicious and the portions are large and priced right. If you're looking for a good home-cooked breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I would definitely recommend The Grill

I went to the Grille Restaurant in Luzerne at around 6:30 am. I walked in and I was a little sleepy but soon realized I was immediately transported back to 1970 with all the Wood Paneling inside the restaurant. I asked for a seat by the window and was given a generous table with wide deep seats. I hate tables that crush my belly. I ordered the typical breakfast 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, 2 sausages and rye toast. I really didn't know what to expect since this was my first time there. The waitress brought the food. My brother told me not to tip less than $5 and I always tip before the meal hoping to get good service. I started eating the meal and WOW the taste kicked in and I was quite suprised. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Since I hate to cook I decided to order 3 take home meals that I planned to microwave in the next 3 days. I finished the Ham and mashed potato meal last night and have come to the conclusion if you want a meal that tastes great and is at a fair price order in or order take out for great tasting food. I want to personally thank the Chef and Owner for providing a GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE. This restaurant really does love...

Been here a few times with my family. The servers are always polite and take good care of you but the food isn’t very good at all.

In the past, I’ve had the biscuits and gravy, burgers, pancakes and multiple other items that were either totally overcooked or undercooked to the point that it was inedible. They served my two toddlers raw pancakes the last time we were there. I had the fried fish and it was burnt, chewy and gross.

Also, they had a cook working there that had extremely long hair down to his shoulders. He wasn’t wearing any sort of hat, hairnet nor did he have it tied up. I worked in a family run restaurant for nearly 15 years and I can tell you that keeping your hair covered is one of the most basic rules.

Overall, this place is just not very good. I think it could be better if they get a cook in there that actually knew what they were doing. You can’t hire a bunch of high school kids to run your kitchen and expect them to serve quality meals to your customers. I doubt we’ll ever...
