Specifically Safeway: It's okay, the difference between pre-covid and after is really noticable. Good thing: cashiers are always the best, doesn't matter when you go, you will be treated well. Not so good things: inadequate shelf talkers, proper rotation procedures aren't that great. Be careful when buying specials, two times we've gotten post best before dates on pork roasts. This is our go to grocery store. They usually have what we want. I give it only 4 stars as there are some things like Shortening that no longer can be found in the size I prefer (I like to make pies) Also, they keep moving things around in a poorly executed attempt to keep me in the store longer.
