Food Pavilion — Local services in Lynden

I would always go to this store because its NEVER busy, however the last time I went I saw not 1 but 2 employees chase down a poor older woman who was carrying her little chihuahua ( the dog was not walking around or in the cart but being carried ) to tell her to get out of the store now. The woman said she had just come from the vet and that she'd called in advance and was told that it was ok as long as she held the dog it was better than leaving it in a hot car, (5/15/18 - 75 degrees.) So the woman left her cart and walked out, very embarrassed as several customers encluding myself got to witness this. Customers perception is 99% of your reality, I hope that poor woman never goes back there. Safeway across the street is always busy but I've never witnessed them treating a customer badly, so I'm going there and so will my friends and neighbors after I tell them what happened. I went in to get tabs and a car switched over that I had sold and the lady over there who happens to be the mananger was extremely rude. I was trying to ask questions because I didnt understand why it was costing so much . I wasnt rude I was pretty nice and she says well I explained it to you twice and you still didnt get it . Well excuse me but that is why you are there to do a job. I didnt ask for her to be rude it was uncalled for and I will be going to the store manager and the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what happened but my wife and I and many friends had thought that they had the best takeout fried chicken ever. We used to pickup 8 pieces just about every week. Unfortunately in just the past 8 months to a year the chicken has been chewy and I think older. It used to be so fresh and seasoned tasty but something has changed. New supplier or cheaper chicken? Definitely for the worse. I'm afraid to buy any now for fear of being disappointed again. Please go back to your original supplier or buy fresher chicken. I really miss your...
