Very dissapointed with service. Never even got to try the food we paid for. We wanted to order for the hubby to pick up after work. When I called they wouldn't let me order over the phone, the gal said she wasn't trained to yet. the next gal i spoke with said they aren't allowed to. Told me to use app. Loaded app. It wouldn't allow me to continue when I scrolled through 10 pages of disclosures. When I said accept terms it just kept kicking me back to read all the terms again. Decided to try online ...cool yummy Popeyes dinner i have never had before and mamma didn't have to cook after a long day at work. The website let me order, gave me an order number and time it would be done. immediately money was taken from my checking. My husband goes to pick up and its not in the system. After several phone calls including one to Paul the owner/ manager. There was nothing he would do. He said they don't take orders on the phone or website. Although the website totally let me, sent me a receipt and took the money from my account. I am now having to wait up to 120 days for my bank to dispute the charge on my behalf. We never received our food and basically because it wasn't ordered through the app. Paul Told me there was nothing he could do but I could contact the 3rd party that runs the app to get my refund even though I explained I was never able to get on the app. So a $50 night of fast food dinner turned into a hundred because at this point we were all so hungry I went elsewhere to pick up dinner. I am bummed, wanted to try Popeyes so bad but that will have to wait till I travel.. my family and friends and husbands work ( lots of employees just down the road frequent there for lunch) will never go back. I explained to Paul that he would be losing all that business. His words were ok thank you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and not an i am sorry, or let me offer you This or that. I am a gracious understanding person but totally unacceptable. The staff is discourteous, rude, poorly trained, and flat out unprofessional. They never fail to disappoint when it comes to completely screwing up orders by giving you the wrong thing or leaving stuff out of your order that you asked for but charging you for it.
Took my son there tonight because he asked me to take him so he could by himself something only to be met with disappointment and utter disrespect. All the females on staff tonight were goofing around and horse-playing rather than doing their jobs and making sure orders were correct. We got home to discover that his order was missing the sauces he paid for and utensils, so he called the store to let them know and the girl on the phone thought it would be ok to make fun of the situation, WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE WITH HIM, and comment âThis guy is literally complaining about, like, a dollarâ. She then asks him âWhat do you want us to do?â, with a smug attitude.
I them took the phone from my son and asked to speak to a manager⌠didnât get one. Just got more attitude and horrible customer service by being toldâŚ
Her: Weâll, you can come back and get the sauces.
Me: Come get the sauces!? Thatâs it!?
Her: Well, yeah.
Me: How bout if I have to drive back over there for him to get sauces, yâall give him the free two piece and biscuit yâall advertise on the back of his receipt since yâall messed up his order again and charged him for it.
Her: Uh⌠Why would we do that?

   Read moreThis is not the first time they messed up on one of my orders this time was even worse spent 34$ for a 14 piece classic chicken tenders meal and half of it was spicy when it was supposed to all original classic and when we called in the lady that answered was completely rude and was not very helpful said I can drive all the way back before they close to get it replaced instead of allowing me to come back tomorrow to have them make it up and as I said I can come back up tomorrow she just hung up and when I called back she rejected my call twice so I would say this place has bad customer service and will be very disappointed with the quality of food they serve and I will also have to say it was over cooked on a lot of the piece's and one piece didn't even have any meat in it like what the heck is that about there corporate office will here all about this so don't waste your money...
