I didn’t have a good experience at all. I came to this hotel specifically to do my laundry and I brought my toddler with me. The first thing I noticed when I clocked in was the unprofessionalism. Staffs had no smile on their face, I didn’t even get a welcome, and it smelled horrible in the hallways. When I entered my room it smelled like a bad meal and cigarettes mixed together which was causing me to have a literal headache, on top of that the stove didn’t work an the tub was stained. We asked to switch our rooms so they did which smelled a lot better but was smaller and had stains in the tub as well. After settling in we went to go do our laundry and it ate up all our money an didn’t even allow us to get the laundry started, it was broken. We approached the staff about the situation and they said there is no manager on sight till the morning an he was the only one there, which is mind boggling to think there wouldn’t be a manger throughout all the shift incase any issues like this occurred. Not only did I approach the staff but I have to call out for them or wait forever just to get a problem resolved because they decided to go to the back an leave the front desk unoccupied for when customers need them. Every situation we approached we barley got any help besides the room switch and it was like a “deal with it” situation, which did not make my experience any better. After that I went to get a snack from the vending machine it ate up my money again an at that point I was just so upset, but like I said nobody did a thing about it not even the manger the next morning they said that I would have to call the number on both machines for a refund, so I did but they told me the hotel could’ve refunded me but yet I was not aware of this so the hotel practically lied about the refund . We also had a broken ac an mind u our toddler was with us our clothes smelled like old cigarettes and bad cleaning products. I ask the manager for a refund for this experience and because I got the room on Priceline he said I would have to call them which they will call him an basically he made it seem like he agreed to a refund. Priceline gave the hotel a call for a refund but yet denies it, it’s sad that you waste time and money to not even get the experience you expect and these people don’t even try to offer any type of refund or anything to make the experience better. they offered a 5% discount for my next stay which is nothing but that’s it. After my experience, I wouldn’t even want to go back so that offer was irrelevant to us. I hope nobody has to experience what we did and hopefully they get maintenance to the building to resolve these issues because that’s not a way to run a hotel or any business if they expect customers and happy ones at that especially...

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves a warning for anyone considering it. • Shaking Building: Every time the AC kicked in, the entire room literally shook. Felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. • Pest Repellent Plugged In: There was a pest repellent device in the room – not something you want to see when you’re paying top dollar. Makes you wonder what’s crawling around. • Dirty & Smelly: The hallway carpets were filthy and smelled bad. The room itself wasn’t much better — old, poorly maintained, with lingering odors. • Poor Room Quality: Stains from cups and spills, outdated furniture, and overall bad upkeep. Definitely not worth the price. • Terrible Check-In & Customer Service: Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The check-in process was slow and frustrating. • Awful Breakfast: I understand it’s “grab & go,” but still no fruit options, stale coffee, only one kind of creamer, and very limited choices. Honestly, it felt like they don’t even try. • Overpriced: Paid almost $1,200 for 2 nights, 2 rooms — a complete rip-off for the poor quality and service. • Old Building: Everything feels run-down. The only reason we booked was location (close to MetLife Stadium, American Dream, and NYC). Definitely not worth the sacrifice in comfort.
To make it worse, a friend of mine had booked here too. Their rooms weren’t available, so they stayed at another Extended Stay about 2 miles away. They checked out after one night and moved to a Howard Johnson, which was actually much better.
👉 Bottom line: Please spend a little more and book somewhere else. This place was an absolute nightmare and the worst hotel experience I’ve...
Read moreHonestly in my entire 8 years of traveling all around the USA. This location has the worst illiterate rude staff and even the manager. The only nice person you can talk too is Cecelia and I guess she is the area manager. You can’t have a normal communication with them. First time when I stayed at this location the manager banged my door early morning and when I didn’t answer he used a tool and open the security chain and walked into my room mentioning there is a fire alarm issue on this floor and it’s been evacuated since last night as I came very late that night. They didn’t even have a brain to paste flyers on the floor or inform their guests about it. But it looked to me as a routine checkup for fire systems and they just wanted to get it done no matter the privacy of their guests. Second time my itinerary got expired and I told them that my company will send new itinerary in few hours but the front desk lady who was already rude to me told me that the cops will be called and my language will be thrown out as there was a cop standing next to us. Today I checked in again and it was the same old lady who actually gave me a handicap room instead of regular queen size studio room. As you can see in the pictures and she kept on insisting that that’s what I was booked for. So I finally asked my travel team to cancel the rest of the 8 days and book some other hotel. Honestly don’t book here otherwise you will have to face a lot of consequences. They are jerks and they...
