I came into the store because one of the other European stores in my area, that I regularly go to, was closed because of a holiday. I haven’t visited this store in many years, so it was kind of interesting to go in. Because I was already there and I needed to buy some food. The lady that greeted us was very nice, but was acting like she was still in Soviet Union in the ‘90’s. I asked if they had a certain kind of fish pate, I am used to buying smoked salmon pate in the other store and she said no, but said that I can buy sardines and mash them up with a fork and use as pate. I kind of laughed and said that that’s not what I was looking for, which prompted her to say that I was very spoiled… The store is very small and doesn’t have a lot of options to choose from compared to the other European store in the area that I usually go to every week. Also when I got closer to the counter, I noticed that her whole shirt collar was covered with very heavy dandruff and I got very disgusted, so I decided not to buy anything that was sold in bulk where it would have been packed by someone in the store rather than packaged by the manufacturer. That is very disgusting, but also something a health department should be looking at because all that dandruff could be falling on food when she’s packing up the food. I finished shopping very quickly and left the store because I was very disgusted. I don’t think I will...

I am very disappointed. The store was supposed to be open until 7pm. At least that was their posted schedule on the web. Just in case I called the store at 5:30 to verify their working hours. As usual nobody answer. However I still decided to drive to the store. I live almost an hour away. When I arrived at 6:10 store still had the same sign on the door that are closing at 7pm and of course...
