I would give them 0 stars if possible. I visited earlier today. The first salesperson sent me upstairs alone(!) to look around. She never joined me. Then I went downstairs to talk to the people about some of the items I had seen, and to ask about other selections. They threw a few catalogs at me, and pulled out a sample of some lights they were pushing. When I expressed disinterest the first salesperson asked if she could help with another customer "for a second". 20 minutes later another salesperson showed up. She took the numbers from some of the catalog items I had found, and said she would send me info by email. I went to the restroom, and she said she would be sending the email with quotes and websites "after lunch". It is now 6PM and...

I did not personally select this lighting company. The woman who purchased the lighting on my behalf did. One of the Chandeliers, was a custom piece that was measured incorrectly by the designer. Pat, the owner Lucia was extremely combative, and just plain rude from our first interaction on the phone. I understand when things are custom you cannot return. However, never once did I want my money back, I simply was asking for assistance in making this $10k custom chandelier work in a space that was measured incorrectly. Pat and Lucia Lighting offered none of that. The store is beautiful with a great selection. I spent a lot of money. Unfortunately there was a problem with one fixture and I tried to contact them several times to find a replacement part that I was willing to pay for. I came to the store and she was apologetic and very nice to my face and promised to take care of it. Then she blew me off and stopped responding. I am stuck with lighting that worked for less than six months and will be complicated to fix on my own. Really...
