We went their with the family very excited to try their Kebabs and Shwarma Saj. I have to say that the place is not clean and far from what you are expecting. No mask or gloves for those who prepare the food. We waited for the food for 30 min, then that's when the big disappointment was. Not taste at all, the frozen Kebabs taste way better than their Kabab. No pleace to dine in as it is a store, so they put the food in take away. When each one opened our order, we found old fries and salad put just on top of the Kebabs and it looked like a disaster. We tried a bit then throw everyhting away. Please try some hygiene and keep the place clean espcially where you prepare and serve food. Will never return and it was waste of money and time since we drove from Kent to this place.I will never trust reviews that come from the family and friends of the owner as they are misleading. True support need to be backed with good quality produce and they...
Read moreI had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. The cashier, an older man, was not only rude but also aggressive toward me. When there was a mistake in the pricing of my ground beef, which came to an outrageous $150 for just the beef and 2 pounds of stew meat, the cashier reacted poorly. He roughly grabbed the meat and slammed it on the counter, making me feel uncomfortable and scared, as if he might hit me with the bag.
Thankfully, Ahmad stepped in and corrected the pricing, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I felt harassed and disrespected, and it left me with a terrible impression of this place. I will be buying my own grinder and sourcing meat from somewhere else, where I can get better quality and better service at a lower price.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and that was not the case here. I strongly suggest avoiding this store if you value decent customer service and...
Read moreI visited this family-owned Mediterranean store yesterday and was really impressed.
Their food section offers fresh, homemade dishes like:
Falafel
Shawarma
Kofta
Gyros
All made using their own meat. The taste was fresh and authentic. You can tell it’s homemade.
Prices are very reasonable — much cheaper than other stores I’ve been to.
The market also has a wide variety of products:
Perfumes and oils lined up on clean display shelves
Spices, herbs, and teas from different brands
Fresh baked bread and sweets near the counter
Candy, snacks, and drinks from the Middle East and Europe
Freezers fully stocked with halal meats and frozen items
You’ll also find personal care products, home goods, and kitchen items.
Everything is well organized. Staff were welcoming and helpful. A great place to get halal food, groceries, and household goods at...
