This location is starting get pretty bad. Wait times are getting longer and they’re constantly running out of products and then the current employees don’t care to resolve issues that arise with customer orders.
As a delivery driver for apps such as DoorDash and ubereats, they make you go inside to pick them up. Although when you do, there’s nobody at the front and so you’re just standing there and standing there hoping that someone notices you. Honestly what difference does it make whether I go inside or the drive-thru. If you’re making the orders when you’re supposed to and working efficiently, it should work just like any other order. I personally like to use the drive thru so that it’s one less time I’m turning on and off my engine because the more you do that, the faster you wear out your car. The most wear and tear on a car happens when starting your engine. If a driver goes to the drive-thru, it shouldn’t be a big deal. They’re picking up on behalf of a paying customer and should be treated as if they ARE the customer
Also, if you dont want to to do delivery orders, then don't. Stop wasting drivers' time by delaying making orders. Customers are customers no matter how they order.
Also, turn down the heat, it's always a sauna in the lobby

Read moreOrdered a breakfast item. New to me. Grilled burrito, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage bits, potatoes and little bit of tomato matter. Seriously, this particular item needs an emergency review in the taco bell corporate kitchen. First bite, grilled tortilla and warm scrambled eggs with no significant flavors. The second and third bites eggs turn to a pasty and starchy potato with no texture. Really, never found the sausage. Finally got to the moist tomato garnish which surprisingly provided a refreshing feeling on my palette. Mind you all along through this meal I hit it with a pack of breakfast salsa.
Remember the good ol days when they were generous with the hot sauces. Well now those days are coming to an end. The drive thru attendant asked me a couple times if I wanted sauce? Long story short. She requested an exact count of the sauce packets? When I arrived at the window I asked her why the sauce packet accompaniment had become so complicated she replied, management. She told me they require every customer to order a specific number of sauces. Then she told me what's coming next. The Bells management is going to start charging for hot sauce. Yes folks, Taco Bell Management is going to start charging for hot sauce packets.

Read moreOrdered online for in store pickup, I walked to the store and found that the lobby was locked and no one was coming to the door or answering the phone. I had to walk back to my apartment to grab my car so I could try the drive through.
No one answered at the drive through either and after sitting for 5 minutes I decided to give up and drive away. Well there was a car in front of me and they weren't as keen on giving up. I got stuck between them and multiple cars behind me for about 15 minutes.
I finally got out of my car and asked the person in front of me if they had been helped, and they said no but there was someone inside the store and that they kept looking over at their car. Finally, that person decided to give up as well and drive off.
I tried calling customer service to get a refund since they're was no option online for it and wasn't able to get through. So I never got my food but Taco Bell got to keep my money. I understand issues with short staffing, but they could have at least put a sign up or answered the drive through to let...
