I've only ever ordered from this place through Doordash or Uber Eats, I've never been here physically so my review is solely on the food. I always get the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki or Vegetable Yakisoba. The Yakisoba is so tasty and filling. The portion is big and feeds two adults very well. They do give a good amount of vegetable with it but the ratio to noodles is better than the chow mein at Panda Express. At Panda you get barley any noodles and more veg but here you get a good even mix of both.
I like my chicken teriyaki a very specific way, and each time I requested it well done, cut into thin pieces, very spicy and not a lot of chicken and more rice, they have always accommodated that to me. They still give me a generous amount of chicken haha. Every order seems to always come with a free can of soda, I'm not sure if that's just delivery though, or in store as well.
This is 100% my go-to teriyaki store when I...
Read moreSince we live in the Mecca of Teriyaki we’ve eaten a whole lots of it everywhere. Teriyaki was invented in Seattle, and the original chef that created it also has a restaurant up here. We’ve been there too. It was good, but it wasn’t Ichi Teriyaki!!
This is our favorite teriyaki restaurant by far. They use the good rice. Japanese short grain rice cooked to perfection. They char grill the meats, which for us is fabulous. We usually order chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki. Now we just had pork teriyaki and it was delicious!
We love their fresh crisp clean salads. The dressing is super yummy. On the teriyaki they put the meats over the rice and then pour a thicker teriyaki sauce all over it. You get a side of the liquid teriyaki sauce, and a separate side salad as well.
If you like a good fire kissed teriyaki, this is the...
Read moreWe came here last Saturday early around 4 everything was amazing! Good portion size good flavor everything was spot on. The chicken portion was generous and fresh. We decided to go back on Tuesday 3/29 as we were excited to finally find a new teriyaki spot. We got the same thing and it was really salty tonight. My boyfriend didn’t think so but it was far too salty for me to even eat. As a cook I always taste my sauces etc before so I’m not sure what happened. The online ordering also was not working. There was less chicken than on a Saturday ( I assumed Saturday would be more busy) and the chicken was super dry burnt and chewy tonight. 😓 based on these other reviews recently it seems like a change is needed. Sounds like the cook isn’t being very consistent (could be personal reasons etc) but this will kill...
