I used to pick up food occasionally here. I came by today to get my partial refund of the order from a month ago. I ordered one galbitang and yukgaejang extra spicy. They both tasted very bland that day. I called to get money back and the lady who I spoke to said I can not get refunded back to my credit card. I was like so what do you want me to do? I do not want it to remake it or anything. She said that's the only choice and I was like ok. Since then, I did not pick up the food at all and decided to call again to get it refunded. New lady picked up the phone, she said come Wednesday who can refund and I was like how the heck can I wait until Wednesday which doesn't make sense. She could have told me that earlier or that day when the incident happened. Put that aside it's a new lady, fine I will call Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, she said give her the card information because I couldn't come inside the store. I called her back since I was driving, she said "I talked to the boss about the refund, you only mentioned about yukgaejang that was bland." In fact, my whole order was bland and I was being nice to just get the refund for the one of the item at that time like forget about the other one whatever. But, when I called on Monday who picked up the phone I said refund me the whole order. Then, she said no only the yukgaejang she can refund and I need to come in to get it refund ONLY by cash. I got pissed off and drove back to the resturant and got the refund. The owner said bring in the receipt which I had a bank receipt and showed them the proof. She said "I do not want to argue with you because I do not even want to take customer like you. Don't live shamefully." Then she blocked my number. They just made the situation worse then it should have been because if they could have just refunded me the order on that first day I called there would be no problem. I would have been chill, until they made the situation like this. But thanks to the owner that made me express my review of the experience like this "shameful." During the phone call, they are not even understanding what I'm saying so fine just give me the refund on one item at this point, I do not care and I just left. Please be responsible at the first time visit to the future...

I kept going there because i really like the food however eveeytime i go the waitress with the longer hair in ponytail is extremely rude.. first time i asked for more rice they never gave to me nor water 1 2nd time .. second time i went with some friends. we paid and gave tip we then started talking outaide by parking lot..the same lady looked at us and started giving us very dirty looks just because we were talking outside by parking lot its like giving us a look to just leave ..The third time we sat down they gave us the menu i asked if i can keep one they said ok because i wanted to order more things. The same lady came back same lady with the pony tail she said give me menu i said im sorry but im still looking at it she got upset sighed with anger .At that point i got upset and told her if there was a problem with me looking at the menu she looked at me and walked away. The whole time there she ignored me did not bring anything i asked for. Its always that lady. When it came time to pay i was going to not leave a tip because of how rude she was but i decided to give a decent tip either way ... i paid gave thanks and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed again i ignored and walked away. once i got home i noticed they charged me for extra rice 2 times when i never recieved any at all... worst place to go eat thb if you plan on having a good time to eat there this is not the place the vibe, the attitude or the service especially that lady with the ponytail ...its the worst i been treated at. Read moreWent today and thought it was going to be different with the person who was working but it as usual it was a total mistake!! The service was taking long, no one came to take orders like other times. If the person who works here don't like to serve other customers fine! But what's wrong with the person who looks like they have issues!? And yes I am talking about the person who has her hair tied up! If people are going to work in the service company good. And I used to work with people myself, yes it's tire sometimes. But if you have people issues then don't work in a restaurant!! And to lie about the food they have but say that they don't have it?!! Really don't lie to the customers who has the menu in front of them! I wouldn't be surprised if they get more bad reputation for the people who works here. And like I mentioned that I have customers service experience and I never disrespect the customers or lie to them. And also I think in my own opinion that they should talk to her about not being so rude because this is a work place not their own business to act like they have issues. I will never recommend this place no matter what. And the food could have better taste instead of being too bland...
