Read moreThis is an updated review. My previous review was for a banana cream pie that was actually bought by a friend. The 4 of us shared the pie and although the pie was beautiful it didn't live up to our expectations. Today we picked up our apple pie with a cinnamon roll crust. We brought it home and we had our same friends over to sample it. The pie was once again beautiful. I knew it would be a winner before I even cut it. It did not disappoint The crust was very good and loved the sugar sprinkles. The cinnamon roll crust was perfect. There were a lot of apples and they were sliced and placed perfectly. The cinnamon sauce was wonderful. It was worth the price. If we lived closer I would definitely splurge for this pie on special occasions. On a personal note to Shannon. There was never any doubt that you put your heart and soul into each pie you make. You said your banana cream pie was one of your best selling pies and I'm sure it is. It just wasn't for us. But your Apple Pie is fantastic and is deserving of 5 stars. Thanks for responding so quickly to my post.
I have to say we were very disappointed with our banana cream pie. I don't mind spending 55 for a pie but for that price it needs to be outstanding. We waited over a month for this pie and we drove over 45 min to pick it up. The pie was beautiful. We invited our friends over for pie. All 4 of us said the same thing. We were all disappointed. It was overly sweet. Hardly any bananas. I think we each got 2 little chunks. The crust was thick which made it hard to cut and was not flakey at all. I also feel like a reminder should be sent out to the customer the day before to remind them to pick ip their pie. The wait time is so far out that some people may forget. It would be a shame to forget to pick up your pie when they're so expensive. All the reviews are for 5 stars. There were no 3 or 4 star reviews so We were expecting this awesome pie. It was so...

Shannon is absolutely phenomenal from start to finish - the ordering process is so incredibly easy and very detailed so you know exactly what youâre ordering and when youâre getting it. If you ever have questions or requests, Shannon is extremely responsive and ensures that you will be receiving exactly what youâre wanting. Her memory and/or organizational skills are impeccable - I canât tell you how many times sheâs remembered every detail, even if itâs weeks later.
When your pie is ready - pickup is so easy. She has the cutest pie setup in her pie kitchen that makes things very smooth, even if youâre picking up for a major holiday.
Now the pie - this pie is INCREDIBLE! Iâve had the apple, apple berry, Marion berry, peach, pumpkin, pecan, key lime, lemon raspberry cream, and the chocolate chess pie â they are all perfect! I canât tell you how many multiples Iâve gotten of the key lime pie. Most recently I had the apple with 1/3 sugar and peach, and they were both absolutely made to perfection. Now I want to order more pie đ
I almost donât want to share this because they go so fast and I want to be able to get one - but make sure and follow her social pages - she will post flash pies that sheâs made extra of so even if you donât want to plan in advance, these last minute pies are always a winner.
Bottom line, if you want a pie lady,...
