This is the worst Starbucks I have ever frequented, which is unfortunate, as it is the most convenient for my drive into work. I had given up on stopping here due to the frequency in which they got my simple drink wrong. At least 50% of the time they leave the cream out of my Americano. The label is always correct showing "Vt Americano with Cream". Further, I went to this store nearly every work day for 2 years and never once did they act like they had seen me before. Very unfriendly feel. The drive through is ridiculously slow in busy times too. I switched to Tully's at Canyon Park, when the second day I walked in and they welcomed me and knew my drink from the previous day. I decided to give this Starbucks a try again this morning after avoiding this store for over a year. I ordered my usual drink, the man repeated it back twice, the label was correct, but it was wrong. I of course didn't take a drink until I was way down the road. I know this is a first world problem, but good grief, if you are going to charge a $3.58 please, please, please put a process in place that gets the...
Read morewell i just came back from home and i am just sick and tired of services they provide for me, first time when i put in an mobile order and the app doesn't even notice me it's run out and surely they will never tell me unless i wait for 30 mins until my sandwich comes out. and always when i went to the cashier and asked what is going on.
oh now they tell me it is run out, i was just so thankful telling me half hour later and tear was on my eyes because i was very appreciated their services, and they just make me another alternative choices and it takes 20 mins again and i asked them again and only answer i heard from them was "sorry she is just tired and we will surely give it to you" and i just leave this store and i am also sick and tired of this.
These unpleasant and unwelcome attitudes that I feel every time I visit Starbucks, I feel grateful to the staff all the time and vowed not to use Starbucks products anymore because they seem to provide me with a good opportunity to realize how stupid I am to use Starbucks...

Today I was disappointed to stand at a counter for 3 minutes waiting to be helped. As a reader you may find 3 minutes to be a reasonable amount of time, however, if you are the only one in line and there are 2 out of 4 baristas restocking and cleaning rather than assisting you, that 3 minutes can feel like an hour. Starbucks should constantly be on guard to ensure that productivity does not take priority over serving their...
