I install APU in this service 1 and a half year ago. I begin to have a problem with APU by the end of the summer 2015. He's working pretty much Non-Stop, just to recharge battery he needs 3-4 hours. I was returning back 3 times and they didn't do nothing. I am planning soon to go over there again and this will be the final time. Person who install this Apu should be fired, because he didn't do a good job for. I will never install anymore Thermo King APU because they hiring...

Went to have apu repair ,after two hours said all they did was tighten a ground wire, left went to truck stop then looked under bunk & they had taken out my box of tools, called tried to say it wasn,t in their shop till i threatened bring it back to me or i will b coming back with police & pressing theft charges, then they went back in shop & found it ,so watch your stuff at this shop they have theives & will charge you when they dont do anything to fix...
