I read the reviews ans they aren't the greatest. If a company has bad reviews why dont the owner of the company fix the issue.

NO PARKING ON 50th street pr anywhere in that area. But there's a freezer company across the business on corner you can park, security guard told me thats where alot of truckers park before their appointment.

First time here Arrived 15 minutes early which is 5:45am but not allowed thru gate until the time of your appointment. There was another trucker infront of me so I parked on 50th street by the business like he did waited to go thru gate.

Pull into the far right side by cones, stop and check in with guard. Once checked in guard will give you a door, open your trailer doors and slide tandems to rear.

Security guard is nice and friendly 👍

15 minutes later dock worker an older guy with glasses walks like hes bored with his job. Like he dont have have live bone in his system. (Maybe u need a new job) he comes ans puts the lock on ur air line and walks the non happy walk back to dock to unlock trucks all day...🫤

Got red light at 623am Unloading my trailer every 15 minutes at 645am Got green light at 8am

Dock guy (mr turtle man) comes out to tell me they rejected 2 pallets cause 1 pallet says 43 temp and other one is 47 temp..tell me how that is possible when my temp says 44 on my reefer???

8751 W 50th St Best way for BigTrucks is to use I55 Exit282 North Il171/1st. Capitol meats 50th street is on the West side of the highway in betweeen Joliet Rd and 47th st Off of 1st Ave. You'll see several large white industrial buildings there's a Factory Motorparts on the corner of 1st and 50th turn right onto W 50th st it's the 2nd building on the left is say's Fontanini goto end of building for truck gate Shipping/Receiving hours are 6am to 6pm no Overnight. Appointment at 9 AM and I arrived at 3 AM. I parked on the street because I was so early. Wouldn’t advise doing that regularly but I was out of parking options so took the risk. Rolled into the lot around 8:45 AM and got to waiting. As the other reviews mention it is slow but otherwise not a bad delivery spot. Easy docking, extremely friendly staff, clean facility, and fairly quiet area. Porta-potty available by the docks if needed. It is not somewhere you’re going to be in and out of in an hour but a good place to get in a 10...
