-This facility does NOT allow overnight parking.

-Pull into 2nd entrance for an easy back into staging area before checking in.

-Facility pretty quick to unload and will take you same apt day earlier than apt time.

After leaving this review customer service was 100% better next day. Coincidence? Maybe. But MUCH better nonetheless.

however ,my first experience ? I showed up a day early after reading reviews & also employer heads up about available parking so planned this stop at the end of my 70 clock. And well , come to find out, they DO NOT Allow overnight parking….EVER .So was left sitting stuck out on the street where their is also no parking. thankfully I was not ticketed overnight.

There is a restaurant a couple blocks around the corner that also DOES NOT allow semi parking either…needless to say they will not get any of my business….”EVER”. Also, Latino window lady seriously lacks professionalism as well as customer service skills. Personally I will never understand why managers in general put unfriendly people in customer service positions , or driver manager positions or what the hell the problem is with businesses not allowing...

The lady at the check-in. Who sits on the right side is very rude, She like to yells at the drivers

If you are too close to the window she yells at you that you are too close to the window, and disrespectfully tells you to stand back. she has anger problems. Be ready for that .

I picked up here and had a perfectly fine experience. The lady who checked me in was nice and professional. I tried to deliver early here on a separate time-as we drivers sometimes do- and the guy working the desk that I asked said: "you got a $150 bucks?) I thought he was just joking around, but he wasn't... He seemed to enjoy telling me to come back during my appointment time then: short, cold, kinda rude... I thanked him and walked out, but if I were to have said something, it would be something like this. Bro, we're all in this together- trying to do our job. We drivers hear no all the time, even though we have to try. There's no need to a jerk.
