Cheryl customer service is beyond rude. If you do not wish to provide excellent customer service than why bother to come to work? I am a regular customer who has not ever been disrespected like I have today and definitely will not tolerate it. Normally Cheryl is in a good mood on the days I do decide to come to get breakfast but I guess today must have been a bad day for her or perhaps she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. (Who Knows)🤷🏽♀️ I understand people have bad days but you still have to at least try to be respectful and courteous at all times! 😒As I come into the store I placed my order and than she gives me the bill while slamming it on the counter.🙅♀️ I asked who is the store manager she says Joann following by asking “is there something I can help you with”? I said no I just want the store manager name. Cheryl sneakily whispers to me so that she is not heard amongst the other coworkers and customers that are around that if you think your going to complain about my phone customer service I will refuse to wait on you next time. 😂😡I responded saying do your job, leave me alone because you do not have to say anything to me. 👌🏾She still consistently wants to talk and have the nerve to make it look as if I’m the bad guy purposely making a scene when I specifically enter in the store after not wanting to continue to place my order with her over the phone being that she answered the phone rudely after I informed her I’ll just come in to the restaurant instead.😩 It was no need for her to say anything about her phone customer service to me because I did not even identify myself as to who I was once I enter in the first place before she assumed I was gone make a complaint about her “phone customer service” only from me just asking who is the store manager....😒 I didn’t even mention anything about her phone customer service when I came into the restaurant to place my order. However the thing that pissed me off was how she slammed the bill down on the counter and that is what made me inquire about who is the store manager! Now she is telling me to be quiet because I’m upsetting the other customers that is in the restaurant but mind you if she never made her personal comment to me after telling me who the store manager was than there wouldn’t be any reason we would be arguing. Cheryl finally goes in the back but only seconds after returning to the front to tell the other waitress who is now assisting me with my order that Joann the (store manager) says “she (referring) to myself always come in here complaining”. I asked Joann for myself about what did she say about me and why would she say such thing about me while JoAnn acting confused to what I’m talking about but responds saying all she claim to say was you (me) is just a regular customer than I told the waitress who witness what Cheryl said to her about me to tell Joann for herself what Cheryl said which the cashier admits saying she not gone stand there as if she did not hear Cheryl make the comment about what she said Joann said about me... Which is not true at all!!!! I only seen Joann twice after Cheryl inform me on my previous visit to steak n eggers when having general conversations with her while waiting on my food that Joann be at two different locations filling in while Cheryl was telling me about her sons and one son college book are very expensive and how she paid so much just for one book....
However this is my first time I seen Cheryl act so unprofessional with me when on a normal basis I’m here visiting she is nice and welcoming. I will not ever come back to this location anymore. Thanks a lot Cheryl I wish you nothing but the best and great success on all your future endeavors 🙂...
Read moreDined here yesterday for breakfast. There were 2 older ladies working 1 blonde and 1 red head, the read head had a terrible attitude and completely ignored me. The blonde older lady was nice but moves very slowly and barely comes to your table. She only came to take my order and bring me the bill. It almost seems as if they play the favorites game and they only brighten up when they see people who Are regulars. I sat at the counter and the guy next to me was able to tell the cook what he wanted and how he wanted it, I tried to get the cook’s attention and the guy never looked my way. I had the 3 egg omelette and hash browns and I had to bury it in pepper and a dash of salt so that it wouldn’t taste bland. I am big on customer service, even with the bland food I would have returned if the customer service were good but it’s not. Also the place says that it is 24/7 and it’s not. They have 3 different sets of hours listed but their true house are supposed to be 6am to 11pm. Good luck with this place if you decide to give them a try, they will definitely disappoint you about something...

The food looked disgusting as soon as it came out. His biscuits and gravy had weird green specks in it, and we actually watched the cook pull an old styrofoam cup of gravy out of the microwave and dump it onto the plate with a spoon that had just been sitting on top of the microwave. The sausage patties were paper thin, dry, and tasted like plastic.
My food tasted okay at first, but my eggs were slightly watery and undercooked on the inside. The hot sauce was a bizarre neon green color, which was honestly unsettling.
Within a couple hours, both of us were stuck in the bathroom with terrible diarrhea and nausea for most of the day. The whole place just felt dirty and careless about food safety, and what we saw behind the counter confirmed it.
