Discriminatory company with double standards interviews candidates and when you ask them to access their background check and when they fail it, they are asked for details about it, why ask for information if you are not going to hire them to judge, to discriminate against them for being a company with double standards, making the HR person waste their time by not being honest, a company with double standards and the discriminatory practices they handle within the hiring process, if a candidate does not meet the profile do not waste their time and the little money that they have or question them about their background if you know perfectly well that you are not going to hire them to then discriminate against them and judge them. App was yesturday 1:00PM(for loading)I arrived @ 10:30 AM,the checkguard ask me to live and came back at 1:00 PM,when my app.is…return at 12:55 noon tell my to get in and park close to the Curb side until someone walk to me and assigned me a door. Someone walked to me,That’s right but next day @7:30 AM and I was done by 8:20AM with bills on my hand…I waist 18-19 hours just for 4 pallets(shorts ones). What can I say????? Was for the first and the last one when I will return here. OTR drivers, please please please stay away from this place. I wish I was able to rate them with 0 or -0. My pick up appointment time was 8-10am. I arrived here at 9am and now it’s 8:15Pm, but still not loaded yet. It’s the worst place I have ever been to since I been driving. Please DO NOT accept a load that is being picked or delivered here unless you want to do you reset and you don’t have anything else to do. The slowest and lazy people I have ever seen. They don’t respect or value driver’s time at all. I was given a dock after 7hrs of waiting and I’m not sure what time I will leave here. I just completed my 10hrs reset here.
