This is a school!! Most, if not all the techs have taken the owners class which I am assuming by the comments is half a day?? Okayyy lol. The tech I had just started and did not know how to use the air brush machine. I messaged the owner and suggested she should be advertising as a school rather than a salon. For $73 I wanted to walk out of there with my nails looking like their Instagram posts. Also they don’t soak your cuticles or file your nails like a traditional shop would. She glued the nail down with gel clue, paints it nude and then air brushed and the polish end. She really didn’t put effort into cleaning around the nail or even trying to perfect the nail. I understand she was new and probably nervous or something but then why are you charging full price? There’s none of this info on the page. No notes saying that they don’t soak or to keep in mind that these are students. I’ll pay top dollar for top tier service but that was not the case here. DRAMA! I didn't realize Isabella wasn't licensed. She's not professional at all. When I arrived my appointment I told the young lady I was there for Isabella. She said she will be right with me, 25 minutes later I asked her to call her. Just then she was coming out of the back with someone else. My appointment was at 11:00 which means she started my nails at 11:25. I was under the impression that she was clipping away hangnails when she was actually cutting my cuticles. My cuticles are pealing so bad that they hurt. There was so much drama going on with her that I couldn't enjoy my service. She had an issue with an evil eye and a amethyst stone that scared her to death. My nails were crooked she couldn't fix them. She doesn't know how to polish nails. She rushed to my appointment after she was 25 minutes late spent 20 minutes in the bathroom. She then decided to tell me that she couldn't do any designs and that was the way she polished nails. I wish I could have given her zero stars but in order to write a comment this was the only way that I can do it....

This is not a professional business. It is unlicensed, as the owner is not a licensed nail tech from my understanding. My cousin was serviced here and had to go through hell and high water for an appointment. This is a teenage girl who just wanted her nails done for a party. The girls working here are mostly not licensed and beginners in their field. Some of the girls are sweet but you can tell they do NOT know what they’re doing. The owner is not pleasant but expects to charge an arm and a leg for services that she nor her staff are capable to provide. This business must be under another persons name, since you can’t look it up in the Illinois business registry look up for LLC or corporation. Huge red flag.
