At first glance, this store was great!! The staff was very helpful and I found a dress for my senior prom. It had to be ordered but sadly the world shut down the next day due to covid. We had already put down the deposit but after talking to the owner, she told us that if the dress could sell the following homecoming or prom season we could get our deposit back. Around January 2021, the dress sold and we were not made aware of it. My mom finally called and asked about it and we were finally let known that it had sold. We were told that the check would be sent in the mail and we would get it soon. Months go by and we never get our check. We constantly call and ask about our check and they continue to tell us they are sending it but never do. Finally around May 2021 my mom calls back and the owner answered the phone. The owner had the worst attitude about sending the check and snapped at my mom for no reason. We were frustrated with waiting and wanted our money back and after having an awful conversation with the owner and calling for 6 months they finally sent the check. I understand it was a hard time for everyone but this is over a year later and if something was decided, do it. The shop and its dresses are beautiful… I would definitely rate this as 5 star but my experience today was definitely not good! I purchased a $667 dress for my 10 year old, which is fabulous. But when it came to my three year old ( which I asked to rent a cupcake dress and appointments were not available today, I totally understand) but if I personally want to try on another dress (for purchase) and for an employee to come to me and say “ummm If you were interested in renting I would take that dress off because it’s to expensive” … ma’am I can purchase it, money is definitely not the issue here… it was the rudest comment especially since i was the one pushing their employees to try to purchase more than 1 dress today…( for both daughters) i guess they believe the dresses are to expensive for a three year old. personally if I like I will buy it, but to purchase it she definitely needs to try it on…. Idk I hate I have to comment but I was very disappointed in the way she treated me as a customer… Other than that the other employees...

This is our first time shopping here, we were impressed with the selection. After trying on several dresses and some twice, We found a dress but wasn’t happy with the deep cut neckline, so Ginger had a great idea of sewing in a strip of rhinestones in between. We had to order the dress which I have never done and was worried about it coming in on time and getting alterations done in time, bc of past experiences with alterations. The dress came in and was about a size too big, and again bc of previous experiences with other seamstresses, to say I was worried about the alterations is an understatement. We picked up the dress today and it is perfect! Amazing job on alterations and the staff being so patient while we were figuring out if we wanted to do the alterations or get a different dress.
